Day 22 - Week 3 Results

Here are the results of my 3rd week on the plan:

  • Current weight: 255 lbs
  • Weight Lost This Week: 2.5 lbs
  • Total Weight Lost: 10 lbs
  • Body Fat %: 29.9% (up .4% this week and .5% since 1/1/09)
  • Avg Calories Eaten Per Day: 2,573
  • Total Calories Burned: 26,761
  • Total Calories Eaten: 18,011
  • Calculated Daily Caloric Need: 3,823
  • # of Days I Worked Out: 4
Another great week. I once again achieved my 2 lb per week goal. Also I was able to get in all my planned work outs. Thought my Body Fat % went up I am not too concerned since there are alot of variables that make that number fluctuate (see tomorrows post for more details.) Also I was able to reach a mile stone this week which is wonderful. I have been sticking with program and have turned down lots of offers for fast food at work which has been hard but I am seeing results which continues to keep me motivated.

  1. I'm a little confused by your stats Donivan.
    At the bottom it says 7.5 pounds lost since 1/1/09, but it says 10 pounds at the top.

    And it says your body fat % was 29.9 in the week 2 results, but then in this result it still says 29.9 but you said you went up in percentage?

    Only another accountant would read it with such an eagle eye.

    The first discrepency was caused by the fact that I copied the post from the prior week and forgot to update the pounds lost in the Today's Stats section. The second discrepancy was from the fact that I forgot to update the body fat percentage in week 2. It was actually 29.5% that week.

    I have no corrected both mistakes in each post. Thanks for keeping honest.
