POTATO SALAD!!!!
DILL POTATO SALAD
1 cup Best Foods Light Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups cooked, peeled, and cubed potatoes
2 medium dill pickles, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Chopped fresh dill
Mix the first fix ingrediants together. Then add potatos, egg, and pickles. Garnish with freshly chopped dill and enjoy!
I like to eat this fresh while it is still a little warm. It is very delicious.

I heard that 2004 silver medalist in the marathon, Meb Keflizhegi (sp?) drinks three large glasses of water before dinner so as to not overeat during dinner, which is by far the easiest meal to overeat.
ReplyDeleteOf course I probably shouldn't give diet advice since I've eaten over 1,000 calories of desert after dinner 3 days in a row now...
