Here are the results of my 1st week on the plan:
- Current weight: 260.5 lbs
- Weight Lost: 4.5 lbs since 1/1/09
- Body Fat %: 29.9% (down .5%)
Some interesting notes about this week of weight loss:
- I was able to eat out at red lobster one day and eat a normal dinner (I ordered the broccoli with my crab leg dinner)
- I ate out at taco bell one evening for dinner
- I counted calories every day using an access database I developed several weight loss endeavours ago. It is now quite handy and easy to use.
- I went to the gym 2 mornings.
- I planned my meals ahead of time and stuck to my plan.
These several things really helped me to stay on track. They work well for me and I have always found that when I actually make the effort to count my calories that i get far better results than just trying to work out.

Mood: A little frustrated that the past couple days have been backward. Ready to move forward again.
