My Journey Begins

I have decided that 2009 is the year that I am going to return on my path to living healthier and to being a healthier weight. So in light of that I have decided to blog everyday of my weightloss journey. I envision this being a short blog each day that will cover topics such as what I have eaten, what exercises I have done, my health stats as well as encouraging messages, thoughts and feelings about my journey, recipes and anything else I feel fits into this theme.

Some of the things I you might find on this blog are:

  • Daily food journals
  • Daily reports of my mood and how I am feeling about my journey.
  • A weekly body fat percentage report.
  • Goals and Milestones and the rewards I set for myself for achieving them.

  • And hopefully comments and input from my readers.

Well that is all I have for today. My next post or two will be about my beginning stats and my first milestone goals that I have for myself.
